Clear Expectations

Unsuccessful Service & Callback Policy

A fair policy for difficult blockages and unsafe pipe conditions.

When Cleaning Is Attempted

When any included cleaning is safely performed, the selected package price remains due even if normal flow cannot be fully restored. The charge covers mobilization, labor, equipment use, testing and documentation. Any additional work requires separate approval.

When No Safe Attempt Can Be Made

If the technician determines that cleaning cannot be safely attempted, the full package price is not charged. A diagnostic and dispatch fee of [[EDIT_REQUIRED: DIAGNOSTIC FEE]] applies.

If All Phase Plumbing completes an approved qualifying repair within 30 days, a credit of [[EDIT_REQUIRED: REPAIR CREDIT]] will be applied to that repair.

7-Day Limited Callback

If the same line reclogs within seven calendar days, one return evaluation is provided without an additional dispatch charge. One reasonable reattempt is included only when the technician determines that the same serviceable obstruction remained. Damage, offsets, bellies, corrosion, scale, root intrusion, foreign objects, tenant misuse, grease disposal and other structural or recurring conditions are excluded.
